Japan-trained horses take Korea Sprint win and Korea Cup second place

The Japan Racing Association (JRA), Japan's national horse-racing operator, said Dragon Wells won the Korea Sprint at Seoul Racecourse on 6 September, with fellow JRA entrant American Stage second. Sunday Funday finished second in the Korea Cup, which was won by Diktaean.

The results give Japan's racing industry a measurable sporting return from Korea's flagship international fixtures. The official release confirms placings but gives no turnover, pooled-wagering or distribution data, so it does not establish a commercial return for Japanese betting channels.
