Beijing awards 3.64m-yuan contract for 350 welfare-lottery terminals

Beijing Welfare Lottery Issuance Center, the municipal operator of China's state-authorised welfare lottery, awarded Shenzhen Suicai Technology a 3.64 million Chinese yuan (CNY) contract for 350 retail terminal sets, including computers, customer displays, printers, scanners and software.

The award identifies a supplier gaining share in Beijing's regulated lottery-hardware market and requires all 350 terminal sets to be produced and delivered by 15 November 2026.
