Ezhou seeks one-year operator for outdoor lottery sales

The Ezhou branch of Hubei’s state-authorised Welfare Lottery opened procurement for a one-year outdoor sales-event operator. Applicants must have relevant marketing or lottery qualifications, at least five years of comparable experience and one previous outdoor event with sales of CNY5 million or more; bids close at 10:00 Beijing time on 16 September.

The qualification threshold shows the scale and professionalisation of outsourced local lottery activations in China. The winning supplier will be expected to provide event planning, security and emergency arrangements, shifting execution responsibility to a specialist operator while the lottery centre retains procurement control.
